In this Monitoring Power Hour Session, Lee Hellen from Monitum will share an industry professionals perspective based on Monitum’s journey with automated monitoring systems; how they started and how they have used Trimble T4D to help elevate their professional service offering to what it is today.

Monitum has become a leading exponent of integrating monitoring data from multiple disciplines to provide the highest levels of understanding and support to high risk construction and asset management for some of Australia’s largest builders. As well as sharing the benefits, Lee will share valuable insights into the challenges, typical customer pain points, and how these challenges are addressed and managed. In the final part of his presentation, Lee will share his insights on what the future holds for automated monitoring systems for Construction and Asset Management.

Lee Hellen is the Managing Director of Monitum Pty Limited, and is based in Brisbane, Australia. Lee has over 25 years building construction and consulting surveying experience in Australia and the United Kingdom. Since 2014, Monitum has pioneered the use of automation, IoT and cloud computing in monitoring on large construction projects, winning numerous awards for technical excellence and innovation in helping monitoring professionals improve community engagement and reduce risk through access to timely and actionable information.
