Trimble SiteVision is an augmented reality (AR) technology which supplements real-world observations by overlaying virtual computer-generated objects. SiteVision offers a means to visualise the progress of a survey and construction project and could facilitate the inspection process by displaying useful information in the inspector’s view. By utilising Trimble Catalyst SW RTK engine, SiteVision will place BIM and CAD objects in its real world place with survey grade accuracy.
